Dear Lynn, The group just came back from Italy with great memories. They loved to stay in Florence at the hostel and they are still dreaming about Salvatore dinners...as a matter of fact the conductor is cooking today pasta al tonno. He asked some suggestions for the pasta but it would be wonderful if Salvatore could share his secrets...He also was asking about the pasta with white beans sauce. Do you think Salvatore would mind to send us the recipe? The conductor would really appreciate it. Please send the compliments to the chef from our groups! His dinners were almost the highlights of the tour!

Hi we found the staff very friendly and always ready to help.The hostel was quiet and secluded which was a relief after the busy streets of florence.the bus service was great, so frequent so there was no problem getting in and out of the city. a big thank you to all staff.
